Job Title: Business Development Manager
">About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing annual statutory accounts, managing tax returns, building strong client relationships, providing tax planning services, preparing management accounts, and reporting on client progress.
Requirements:
- Fully ACCA/ACA qualified
- Previous experience in accountancy practice environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- No visa sponsorship required
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 5 hours per week flexibility on start and finish time
- Regular staff social events
- Free parking
