Skylight Psychiatry is a forward thinking, dynamic mental health service. We are a CQC registered service delivering person-centred assessment, care and support, with our ultimate aim being to improve the lives of people with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Learning disabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping an up to date record of enquiries and following up actions with others as required.
- Referrals processing: Support with organising referrals to Skylight Psychiatry and placing them onto a waiting list and on the agenda for discussion at relevant meetings.
- Arranging appointment bookings for assessments, liaising with Associates about their availability, booking clinic spaces for appointments, and ensuring Associates are updated with any changes to their bookings.
- Recording risk data as directed.
- Report preparation: Supporting with collation and proof reading of reports by various healthcare professionals for individual clients. Includes preparation of Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment reports, as well as scoring questionnaires for the preparation of reports (training will be provided).
- Taking written minutes of meetings as required.
- Supporting the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- The role may change according to service demands.

Wednesday 09:00 - 17:00
Thursday 09:00 - 17:00
Friday 09:00 - 17:00

The individual will be patient focused, able to work on their own initiative, be a team player, and have an excellent telephone manner.

Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience ideally within a healthcare setting/service
- Minimum GCSE level education, further qualifications preferable
