**Administrative Assistant Temporary position.**

Fantastic OpportunityOur client based in Basingstoke who are an Aerospace Logistics Company are looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to join their friendly team on a Temporary basis.

This would be a 3-month contract.

**Hours Monday to Friday 08.30 -16.30pm - 30 minutes break deducted 37.5-hour week.**

**Paid weekly with 1 week in arrears.**

**Responsibilities**
- You may be assisting in planning and ordering direct materials from internal and external vendors on time.
- You will be performing SAP system entries, data correction and similar updating tasks.
- You may be assisting in managing and reporting on a weekly basis the direct materials inventory (Raw, WIP, Reserved, Aging).
- You will support the materials team in the effective supply and delivery of products and components for our shop floor and field service operations.
- You will be actively engaged in Continuous Improvement Activities in the Team and on site, not being afraid to lead and direct projects that can produce measurable cost / time saving results.

**Must Have**
- You will have a previous knowledge of MRP or ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Must be a pro-active hands-on individual, used to take ownership of situations.
- You should be used to fast paced environments and have great attention to detail.
- You should have ability to work independently and take direction from others, ability to lead process improvement.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Training will be provided.
