Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a part-time position with flexible hours but required in the office daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Support the HR department with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator prefered but not essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in typing and other clerical tasks
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
