**Administrator, Translation & Documentation Team**

**About the role**:
This Administrative position is primarily using Microsoft Word and similar tools. You'll be part of the Translation & Documentation team, but no extra languages or past translation experience are needed.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the Translations Coordinator with translation tasks.
- Pre-translating documents and software strings using our translation software (SDL Trados Studio).
- Helping to maintain translation memories with updates from Reviewers.
- Initial testing of translated software to identify issues.
- Capturing and localising images and screenshots for translated documents.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise and schedule tasks
- Ability to work both in a team environment and alone
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Must be willing to learn new things and be open to challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
