**SUMMARY**

**This is fixed-term contract role covering Maternity Leave (12 months), office-based 20 hours per week (worked over 3/4 days)**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages replenishing office supplies and orders, including our Employee Snack Program
- Liaises with IT for equipment purchases within the office
- Assists with office communication
- Managing reception, managing post and shipping requirements
- Assists with travel requests and reservations
- Planning meetings/events, including scheduling & catering etc
- Work with AP (in US head office) to facilitate vendor payments
- Assists with expense reporting
- Support HR team and managers with administrative duties
- Miscellaneous assignments from Manager and Leadership Team as required

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS**

Skills with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Driving Licence (preferred)
