We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator looking to join an inspiring and socially-minded client during an exciting period of growth. This is a full-time onsite position working in the clients’ modern offices in the central Basingstoke area. **Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate various roles and activities for different projects
- Be the first point of contact for visitors arriving on site and handling telephone enquiries
- Control access in line with safeguarding procedures, including signing in visitors, checking identification as necessary, issuing passes, and notifying them of safety procedures
- Collating and handling confidential information
- Data management of information and contact lists
- Assisting the delivery team in various administrative and coordination tasks
- Oversee introductory meetings and business visits
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience within Administration is essential
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail
- Multitasking with conflicting demands, deadlines, and work interruptions
- Excellent IT skills (preferably knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint)

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
