As a Facilities Administrator, you will take the lead in ensuring seamless operations at our area office. Working closely with the Senior Service Management team, you will deliver robust administration which maintains the building, supplies and equipment, whilst ensuring the office base is a safe and healthy workplace for our teams.

Your previous experience in a similar role will enable you to independently plan and prioritise your activities. With a willingness to share knowledge and understanding of good practice, combined with a positive approach, you will be a first point of contact for enquiries relating to the area office.

If you are highly adaptable and an avid problem solver, then this is the role for you Your robust IT skills, friendly and easy communication style and amazing organisational skills will be put to use each day.

The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
