Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Administrator. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries and requests from clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain the facilities helpdesk inbox, ensuring all activities are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and proactive maintenance activities, including call-outs and job allocations.
  • Review and allocate jobs received during the working day to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the Office and Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Provide general administration support, including chasing and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Raise corrective maintenance tasks following the completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize daily work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • Helpdesk experience and knowledge of facilities management principles.
  • General administration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • CAFM knowledge and experience.
