Position Overview

We are looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to become a part of our team. This role is temporary but has the potential to evolve into a permanent position for the right individual.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance and repair activities at our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass creating work schedules, managing maintenance and repair assignments, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring proper documentation for facility certifications.

Your daily activities may include conducting repairs, performing painting tasks, installing lighting, and overseeing heating system maintenance.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess robust technical maintenance expertise and be proficient in software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. You should be capable of working autonomously and exhibit a thorough understanding of applicable standards.
