Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the upkeep and security of our facilities in Aberdeen and Inverness, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Supervise and direct Ground handlers on duty, ensuring a safe and efficient customer experience.
  • Administer company ID pass security systems and ensure compliance with AGS and HIAL airports Aviation Security protocols.
  • Manage security infrastructure, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and procedures for key and document storage.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure security and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities and security management, with strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to Aberdeen and Inverness facilities as required, with overnight stays when necessary.
