POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our operations team, the Regional Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing our service capabilities. Collaborating closely with our service facility personnel, you will ensure optimal inventory management to facilitate efficient servicing and quick turnaround of our rental equipment, meeting customer expectations effectively. Precision is essential, as you will oversee the maintenance and updates of our ERP system, as well as the review and execution of shipping documentation, including customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all inventory activities within the JDE ERP system.
  • Conduct global inventory assessments to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
  • Generate purchase orders for third-party suppliers.
  • Provide necessary guidance for the clearance of incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate reporting to ensure system integrity and currency.
  • Coordinate with local workshops to guarantee availability of parts for tool servicing.
