Our engineering & manufacturing client has an opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join them.

The Customer Services Coordinator will manage and process orders for the company’s UK and international clients.

You will be responsible for processing and fulfilling quotations and orders within agreed timescales, keeping up to date with new products, and being a good communicator with internal and external contacts.

**Responsibilities**:
Respond to customer enquiries, compiling accurate quotations and processing orders for spare parts

Ensure customers are informed immediately of delays in the fulfilment of their orders and planned delivery dates

Review IFS Open Spares reports daily for your allocated customers

Ensure available inventory is reserved for customer orders based on due date

Expedite overdue parts holding up shipments with procurement

check that created orders have been released in a timely manner

check customs codes and classifications are in place for parts due to be dispatched

Liaise with the customer services team to ensure orders are in line with customer priorities and that queries are resolved quickly and efficiently

Achieve your set performance metrics for your allocated deliverables

Assist customers with identifying parts requested with no part number information available

**Skills/ Experience**:
Understand basic engineering drawings and schedules for the purpose of identifying customer requirements

Good communication skills written and spoken

Good attention to detail

Highly organised, self starter

Experienced CRM user such as Salesforce or similar

Able to source, identify products, meet timescales
