Position Overview:
A Customer Service Coordinator is sought for a prominent manufacturer and distributor specializing in clean and waste water pumping systems.


Role Summary:
This position has emerged due to the growing demands within the service department. The ideal candidate will possess experience in administration, coordination, and scheduling, and will be based out of the company’s main office.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, handling incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding both scheduled and urgent service requests.
2. Collaborate with engineers to arrange their assignments, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation, permits, and equipment to perform their tasks effectively.
3. Generate quotes and sales orders to facilitate timely invoicing.
4. Actively recommend additional services tailored to the needs of clients.


Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in an administrative capacity within an engineering environment is essential.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
3. Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft 365; familiarity with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
4. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance.


Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range is between £25,000 and £30,000, negotiable based on experience.
Hybrid working options are available.
30 days of holiday, inclusive of public holidays.
Company pension scheme and on-site parking are provided.
