Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor for our client, a prominent manufacturer and distributor specializing in clean and waste water pumping systems.

Role Summary
This role is essential to the service department, where the successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordination, and scheduling from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding inquiries related to both scheduled and urgent service requests.
- Collaborate with engineers to organize their assignments, ensuring they have all necessary documentation, permits, and resources.
- Generate quotes and sales orders to facilitate timely invoicing.
- Proactively recommend additional services tailored to client needs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity within an engineering environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
