Due to continued growth, we are looking for a service coordinator to join our team, to deliver a professional and customer focussed service to our clients. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home and at our head office, in Gloucester.

**Vergo**has over 40 years of experience in the pest industry and is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today. Vergo is a national business with staff geographically spread across the UK and Northern Ireland. Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.

**Key duties**:
We are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills. Your main duties will include:

- Receive calls from clients and accurately log onto our in-house systems
- Liaise between clients, technicians and managers to ensure visits are completed and resolved to the clients satisfaction
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service & customer care standards
- Working to targets to achieve service level agreements
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Other ad hoc customer service and admin duties as required by the needs of the business

**About you**:

- Excellent Customer service skills, with a client focused approach
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure as part of a busy team
- Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- A team player, with strong work ethic, taking pride in their work
- Competent with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
