Service Support Coordinator

Our client, a leading distributor of medical equipment and services, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Service Support Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules
- Raise sourcing and pricing requests for parts
- Issue customer quotations for call outs and parts
- Assist with email inbox management and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills with Microsoft applications
- Strong attention to detail
