Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Sourcing and Pricing Requests: Source and price parts needed for service, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage Customer Calls and Team Absences: Provide coverage for team absences, manage customer calls, and ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and Issue Customer Quotations: Create and issue customer quotations for services and parts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Attend Team Meetings and Process Improvements: Participate in team meetings, assist with process improvements, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the Service Support Mailbox and Dashboard: Manage the service support mailbox, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer-Focused Experience: Proven experience in a customer-focused role, with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with PC and experience using CRM systems is preferred.
- Administrative Skills: Basic understanding of business processes and administrative skills.
- Equipment Maintenance Knowledge: Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes is a plus.
