Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate equipment breakdowns and repairs, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with customers.
  • Raise sourcing and pricing requests for parts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Issue customer quotations for call-outs and parts, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with email inbox management and respond to incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good level of IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
