**Members of the Nomination Committee**

Canterbury Cathedral seeks to appoint members to the Nomination Committee.

The Nominations Committee is new, as part of the implementation of the new Cathedrals Measure of 2021. The purpose of the Nominations Committee is to advise Chapter (the Cathedrals governing body i.e., charity trustees) on the recruitment of non-executive members of Chapter, advise Chapter on the recruitment of members of Chapter Committees and to advise Chapter on the training needs of members of Chapter.

Minimum of 2 meetings per year.

This unremunerated role is open to all who meet the essential criteria detailed in our recruitment pack. This appointment will initially be for 3 years, renewable for 2 further terms of 3 years each by mutual agreement.
