Unit Manager Opportunity

Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Unit Manager to lead our Vent-Specialty Unit. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to our clinical team, making rounds with physicians, and developing positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience as a supervisor in a specialized unit.
