As a Residential Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day management of each property, including maintenance coordination, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGMs, and meetings with Management Committee members.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Block Manager, although we may consider a candidate from a Residential Property Management background if they can demonstrate a transferable skill set and have some knowledge of Block Management.

This role involves working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.

The company we work with is a well-established and highly respected firm of professional residential and commercial property managers with offices in the Canterbury area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Handling insurance claims and lease negotiations
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections
  • Attending AGMs and meetings with Management Committee members

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a Block Manager or in residential property management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
