Job Title: Residential Development Manager
Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Development Manager to oversee the implementation of our residential development projects.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in the plumbing and residential sectors.
The estimated salary for this role is £72,000 - £82,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with site safety officers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports at regular project updates.
- Source and manage external contractors, including labor and materials suppliers.
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
