Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £52,587.20 - £62,587.20 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including:
- 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidays

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Residential Care Manager at Meadow View, one of our residential care homes. As a Lead Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
You will have previous experience in a residential setting, along with strong operational management skills. A current driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard
- Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver excellent care to our residents
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our care home remains compliant with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that our residents receive a seamless service
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement where necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a residential care setting, preferably in a management capacity
- Strong operational management skills, including budgeting and financial management
- A current driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults
