Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Home Leader to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a Residential Home Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to leading by example. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and support your team to achieve their goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as an NVQ or degree
  • At least 2 years' experience in a care management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
