An opportunity has arisen for a **Supply Chain Systems - Continuous Improvement and Compliance Coordinator **to join the Procurement Department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. The Supply Chain Systems - Continuous Improvement and Compliance Coordinator will enhance our supply chain compliance knowledge and capability by analysing, mapping, negotiating, communicating, and managing the maturity of the supply chain pursuant to business priorities. Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
**Job role**:
- Collect, document and map business requirements for supplier compliance transformation and automation efforts
- Assist in the maturation of the procurement team and supply chain knowledge of compliance through a series of training and development reviews. Demonstrating maturation and improvement activities to the wider business. Working with partners, publishing processes, work instructions, guide books and training sessions with end users, for a complete business-wide capability enhancement.
- Assisting in the delivery of a world leading compliant, sustainable, and transparent supply chain, with fully integrated and optimised solutions to business needs
- Onboard suppliers into the business in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that they meet baseline sustainability and compliance requirements
- Deliver real-time optimised risk log and exposure reporting to all of procurement and present a high-level analysis of data for review by the executive team
- Review approved vendor information and ensure its relevance and auditability adheres to master data requirements and agreed-upon service levels
- Track major supplier compliance incidents, ensuring adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas. Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews
- A procurement audit lead, being one of the initial points of contact in procurement for all internal and external assessments. Maintaining a complete understanding of, and adherence to, all procurement policies and processes
- Assist in deploying compliance solutions across all sites, and launch into new sites, aligning and tailoring with procurement and receiving teams at manufacturing facilities as required
- Identify inefficiencies in scale-up of processes and Ways of Working, leading and/or support compliance capability development workstreams around new appropriate technologies and implementing improvement measures, especially around data analytics and modelling
- Must have a “hands-on” approach to scalable supplier compliance requirements for programme maturation, mass-production activities. Need to be able to work in a safe, disciplined manner
- Responsible for sending business communications to the supply chain
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement and approval, and submission and collection of the annual supplier self assessment questionnaire, and trend analysis. Advising stakeholders of any urgent rectification actions required with partners
- Responsible for the Emissions Scope 1-2-3 supplier assessments administration and reporting
- Responsible for supplier cyber security capability assessments and tracking administration
- Responsible for ensuring all supplier NDAs are controlled, documented and logged correctly. Alerting to upcoming document expiry of contracts and NDAs
- Responsible for ensuring tariff (HTS) codes and countries of origin part attribute data is collected, stored, and transferred to applicable business functions
- Responsible for business administration activities regarding tooling audits and reporting requirements
- Assisting in the reporting of end of financial year compliance and sustainability metrics to the internal and external stakeholders
**You’ll have**:
- Legal and industry knowledge of supplier compliancy and sustainability - financial, ESG, ABC, adverse Media, beneficial ownership, HSE
- Experience of lean management and continuous improvement systems is desired
- Stakeholder management experience
- Emotional intelligence for business-wide communication, engagement and consultation
- Experience of working with detailed comprehensive business processes
- Experience in a similar role is desired
