Network Coordination Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Coordination Specialist to join our team in the Network Coordination function. The successful candidate will provide network coordination services for road and streets works, events planning, and proposed works across the County.
The role will involve programme advice to Works Promoters and Developers, managing Section 50 and 278 applications, liaison with Operational and Permit Staff, and assisting with inspection of streetworks to ensure compliance with the Oxfordshire Permit Scheme conditions, the New Roads & Street Works Act, and Codes of Practice.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the latest legislative requirements as they relate to NRSWA and be able to work on initiative and alone. Previous experience of working at a similar level in Local Government or a Utility is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide network coordination services for road and streets works
- Manage Section 50 and 278 applications
- Liaise with Operational and Permit Staff
- Assist with inspection of streetworks
