An opportunity has arisen for a **Reward**, Benefits and Global Mobility Specialist** in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs, as well as supporting global mobility initiatives for Fortescue ZERO.

**Job role**:

- Develop and implement innovative compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business objectives and values.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and employee incentives.
- Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Support global mobility initiatives by coordinating international assignments, expatriate benefits, and relocation support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation, benefits, and global mobility to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with our Head Office to seek support and resources that can be shared.

**You’ll have**:

- Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management
- Experience of global mobility is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
