An opportunity has arisen for a **Supply Chain Systems - Procurement Coordinator** to join the Procurement department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. The purpose of the role is to act as a vital point of contact for Procurement activities. Provide day to day support on administration activity ensuring the smooth operations of the team across various procurement disciplines.

**Job role**:

- Responsible for managing procurement mailboxes in a timely manner;
- Responsible for the administration of new procurement starters, ensuring their effective and efficient onboarding into the business, training, and introductions to key stakeholders;
- Responsible for cataloguing and rectification of unidentified deliveries;
- Advise and contribute to process improvements and create process documentation;
- Ensure Indirect approved vendor list and vendor master data is updated and complete;
- Working with directly interfacing functions to ensure cross-functional processes are upheld and adhered;
- Responsible for external asset tracking and training, ensuring the organisations assets are accounted for, maintained, audited, stored, delivered or disposed and replaced;
- Responsible for reporting spend against budgets;
- JIRA tasks administration and reporting;
- Responsible for reporting and explaining Procurement KPIs to senior business leaders;
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of Power BI dashboards;
- Assist in deploying procurement process solutions across all sites, and launch into new sites, aligning and tailoring with procurement and receiving teams at manufacturing facilities as required;
- Assisting in the reporting of end of financial year procurement metrics to the internal and external stakeholders;
- Participate in the internal audit programme when required.

- Basic level of negotiation and influencing skills;
- Analytical skills allied with an ability and commitment to meet deadlines;
- The ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally;
- The ability to react quickly to immediate operational requirements for goods and services;
- Commercially aware;
- Microsoft Excel and office skills;
- Understanding of Power BI dashboards;
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Proactive, positive outlook and flexible, with a willingness to help
