Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator initially on a temporary basis for 1-2 months starting in January 2023. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday and duties include:

- Dealing with a range of enquiries, taking messages and delegating calls.
- Logging accurate information and prioritising workload.
- Data entry.
- Taking and recording accurate information.
- Additional ad hoc administrative tasks in support of the department.

**Person specification**
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
- Castle View Personnel (Inverness) Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1-2 months

**Salary**: From £10.90 per hour
