**Your daily duties as a Senior Operations Coordinator**:

- Managing your own portfolio of projects in real time; planning, organising and coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Tracking all projects on Excel - managing each stage of the process, ensuring there are limited time delays, keeping this tracker continually updated.
- Identifying any issues that may arise with the aim of resolving these efficiently.
- Communicating with the customer, with internal teams, and with external contractors, handling challenging conversations and passing on all updates and changes.
- Independently managing any negotiations, ensuring all projects are always commercially viable and working within timescale.
- Keeping associated administration up to date and relevant systems.
- You will enjoy working independently able to make decisions, whilst also working as a wider team, providing, and receiving support and advice where needed.
- An excellent communicator, who can handle all types of conversations with confidence and build relationships with both customers and all stakeholders.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where each day is different and can change when least expected.
- Motivated by moving a project along it's natural "critical path" and getting it to a successful completion.
- You will be commercially astute, to be mindful of the cost associated with each project and how making the right decisions are crucial.
- Proactive and forward thinking, always one step ahead.

**What skills you need**:

- 3+ years' experience gained within a similar role. Suitable industries and experience could include; Operations, Sales, Facilities, Manufacturing etc.
- Experience with either managing Projects or Client jobs and managing associated critical paths.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel.
- Data and process management skills.
- Any negotiation experience would be beneficial to the role.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge or experience of ECO (Energy Compliance Obligation) industry is highly beneficial, but not essential._
