Admin Assistant

This is a flexible/hybrid role that offers an experienced administrator a fantastic and privileged opportunity to be a part of the new hospital developments.
The role entails being a vital member of the Strategy & Transformation team, offering support to staff and various workstreams. You'll be responsible for delivering high-level administrative assistance to the team, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming correspondence and enquiries and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Assist in the organisation and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging venues.
Process and handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and appropriate action.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Support the implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department or team.
Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative systems and processes.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role and grade as directed by line management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Offer high-quality administrative support to the S&T Team, including managing correspondence, organising meetings, and maintaining records.
**First Point of Contact**: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming correspondence and inquiries, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
**Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of various workstreams and projects within the S&T Team, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.
**Key Contributions**: By efficiently managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication, you will enable the S&T Team to focus on strategic initiatives and drive transformational change within the organisation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our team and the delivery of high-quality services to stakeholders.
