**Job Description: Admin Executive (Sales Support)**

**Salary**: 20-26K per Annum, depending on Experience and quarterly performance bonus.
**Hours**:35 Hours per week, Mon - Fri
**Holiday**:23 days per Annum + Bank Holidays

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Admin Executive at Oracle Protection Insurance Brokers. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Conduct welcome calls and follow up calls to new/potential customers, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and addressing any initial inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather and organise necessary documentation for sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
