**LOCATION**: This role is hybrid. You can work from home, with occasional travel to Head office in Bournemouth.

**SALARY**: £6.41 per hour

**CONTRACTED HOURS**: 30 hours per week/Part Time

Aspire Training Team are hiring for a Marketing Admin apprentice to support with their marketing activities and lead generation.

Aspire, offers a range of courses and apprenticeships in childcare, business administration, leadership and management and customer service.

We provide a recruitment service for both employers and interested learners. We will find you a vacancy or fill your vacancy.

You will be working towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, run by QA, the UK’s leading tech apprenticeship provider, who have helped more than 25,000 apprentices start in-demand careers in tech and business.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.

**Your Role**:
To build excellent relationships with early years employers to provide consistent and robust media and marketing opportunities, that are in line with legislation, internal policies, and organisational approach.

To support online presence across Aspire to include producing, maintain and updating website content, producing, and uploading blogs, uploading, and scheduling social media schedules. Assisting with campaigns and media relations including tracking and reviewing.

Sourcing new concepts and products, along with creating fun and inviting media such as images, videos and presentations.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager and Business development Manager in adhoc projects and supporting with lead generation and admin.

**Key Qualities**:

- Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, team player and work effectively under pressure.
- Maintain professionalism and always handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong Administration skills - including Microsoft Office, excel, word and PowerPoint
- Some understanding of HTML, CSS and web content authoring.
- A strong knowledge of social media platforms, software and industry trends.
- A high level of commercial awareness and a desire to deliver tangible results in a cost-effective manner.
- Ability to manage a varies programme of work, manage expectations and conflicting priorities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
