About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to our Chief Executive and Chair. This is a fantastic opportunity to use and further develop your skills and experience in a well-respected NHS organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chief Executive's and Chair's diaries, ensuring alignment across multiple executives and clinical leads.
  • Communicate with stakeholder organisations, including the CQC, NHS Dorset, NHS England, and other NHS Trusts.
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing incoming mail, email, telephone calls, and messages.
  • Support the monthly Trust Management Group, producing minutes and managing the associated action tracker.
Requirements
  • Degree in secretarial, management, administration, or business studies, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
  • Previous experience as a PA or EA at Senior/Director Level, with experience of managing multiple diaries.
  • Ability to respond to constantly changing demands and re-prioritise.
  • Knowledge of secretarial admin processes and practices, confidentiality, and data protection.
