Key Responsibilities- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the FP&A function, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Digital Transformation & Process Automation: Lead the digital transformation of the finance function, focusing on automation to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive strategies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Commercial Finance & Strategy: Provide financial insights to commercial teams, driving revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a fintech, technology, or related industry.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with expertise in digital transformation and process automation.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics, and advanced financial software, with experience using tools such as Xero.
