Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

This is a remote position within the UK that offers a competitive salary of £100,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Our client is a leading fintech mortgage brokerage that is revolutionizing the mortgage industry with cutting-edge AI and technology solutions. Their mission is to streamline mortgage processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive financial innovation.

As a seasoned and strategic thinking finance leader, you will have experience of leading a finance function able to guide our client through its growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing financial performance, automating processes, and fostering growth in both startup and large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Work closely with the executive team to shape long-term business plans, including funding, innovation grants, acquisitions, and new ventures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough financial analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a fintech, technology, or related industry.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with expertise in digital transformation and process automation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and advanced financial software, with experience using tools such as Xero.
