Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

This is a remote position within the UK, offering a competitive salary of £100,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at MyWork, a leading fintech mortgage brokerage. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Work closely with the executive team to shape long-term business plans, including funding, innovation, grants, acquisitions, and new ventures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough financial analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a fintech, technology, or related industry.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with expertise in digital transformation and process automation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics, and advanced financial software, with experience using tools such as Xero.
