**We have an amazing opportunity for a Care Co
- ordinator to join our expanding team for a leading digital care company in Oldbury and surrounding areas. **We want someone to share our high quality values, be positive and want to make a difference. Being a Care Coordinator is about more than just rota management. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with Recruitment, Business Growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care. We pride ourselves on delivering care that truly meets the needs of the individual we support, and your role will be fundamental to ensuring this happens every day by matching Customers and Carers not only based on availability, but also personality.

The post is office based but on call duties are required. Applicants must be educated to NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and must have experience in a similar role working with service users with challenging needs. Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.

**Main Duties**
- Supporting the Care Manager with business development
- Allocating the right carer to the right customer at the right time
- Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace
- Ensuring all carer and customer records are up to date
- Taking part in the on-call rota
- Buisness Development
- line managing team leaders

**NOTE**:Applicants must be educated to NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and must have experience in a similar role. Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
