As the Employee Experience Lead, you’ll ensure that what we do from an employee experience perspective is relevant, impactful and embraces positive change. Working closely with the Recruitment & People Team, this role will be crucial for inspiring colleague engagement, participation and commitment, driving positive employee experience through a variety of initiatives.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting a continuous improvement approach to employee experience, identifying touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle to discover where and how this can be continuously improved
- Creating content to highlight the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and regularly sharing this across internal and external communications channels
- Conducting research and keeping abreast of best practice and current trends, utilising knowledge to inform decisions and activities
- Identifying and supporting companywide engagement activities including employee forums, volunteer networks, charitable activities and recognition schemes
- Supporting the development and execution of a calendar of engagement activities and communications, recognising key dates for global observances and celebrations, ensuring we mark these occasions in an appropriate and meaningful way for our People
- Fully engaging with employee feedback channels ensuring that we follow through with commitments and demonstrate that our Peoples voices are heard

**Key skills & experience we’re looking for**:

- A good understanding of engagement theory with previous success improving engagement is essential
- Experience driving employee engagement in a similar role is desirable, in lieu of this we will also consider experience of driving engagement among any other stakeholder groups
- Ability to identify trends, analyse data and make connections from different data points to inform decision making
- Good knowledge of current affairs and issues, understanding how they impact colleague engagement
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to take complex themes and data and communicate them clearly and effectively across various platforms
- CIPD qualification and or Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) membership would be beneficial but is not essential

**About You**

You know how to create the right environment for people to thrive and be engaged. You are a confident ‘people person’ and are able to rapidly develop relationships that build trust and a willingness to collaborate. You are pro-active, with excellent project management skills and excel at planning tasks and activities.

**Salary** - circa £38,200 negotiable dependent on skills & experience.
