As a Lead Forensic Psychologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the deputy for the Chief Psychologist during their absence
- Playing a pivotal role in the evolution of service delivery
- Overseeing the management of designated team members
- Delivering comprehensive clinical supervision and support during performance evaluations and professional growth
- Conducting evidence-based psychological assessments
- Facilitating individual and group therapeutic interventions to meet diverse patient needs
- Participating in multidisciplinary team care planning and evaluations
- Contributing to the professional advancement of the team
- Engaging in audit and research initiatives as directed by your supervisor
- Committing to ongoing professional development
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate
- Registration with the HCPC
- Eligibility for Chartered Membership of the BPS
- Advanced knowledge and application of research methodologies, research design, and complex data analysis
Work Environment:
