Principal Clinical/Forensic Psychologist Opportunity

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Principal Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Thornford Park, a medium and low secure service for men and women. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological services and contributing to the growth and development of our care pathway.

About the Role
  • Deputise for the Lead Psychologist in their absence and take a key role in service development.
  • Line manage specified team members and provide robust clinical supervision and support.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions to patients with complex needs.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and review, and engage in audit and research as directed by the line manager.
  • Participate in professional development within the team and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Requirements
  • BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate.
  • HCPC Registered.
  • Eligible for Chartered Membership of the BPS.
  • Post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology, research design, and complex, multivariate data analysis.
