Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Lead Psychologist in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical strategies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Provide robust clinical supervision and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Lead on the provision of evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions, including 1:1 and group work.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring a comprehensive and patient-centered approach.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research and audit projects, promoting evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in forensic psychology.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or equivalent.
- HCPC registration and eligibility for Chartered Membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology, research design, and complex data analysis.
