We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to enhance our psychological services. This role is pivotal in shaping the therapeutic landscape within our secure units.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Principal Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, you will:
- Assist in implementing strategic clinical initiatives to improve patient care pathways.
- Manage a designated caseload, focusing on complex psychological assessments and tailored treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior psychologists and team members.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to comprehensive care planning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to research and audits as required.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Doctorate accredited by the BPS and HCPC registration.
- Eligibility for Chartered Membership of the BPS.
- Advanced knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis.
