Position Details:
Compensation: £37,500 annually
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence and growth within the HR department
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Oversee absence management
- Conduct induction training for new employees
- Provide HR administrative support
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a comparable HR position
- CIPD qualification is preferred
- Experience in the FMCG, logistics, or supply chain sectors is advantageous
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to handle a diverse workload effectively
