Our client is a rapidly expanding Real Estate business based in the heart of London with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continues growth, they require an energetic Accounts Receivable Manager to help the finance team on apermanent basis. This role is a hybrid working role.

**Role**

Working with the Financial Controllers, heads of departments and the finance team in general, the AR Manager will be expected to plan their work around the month end reporting schedule and weekly obligations so supporting additional duties include:

- Lead and provide guidance to the AR team
- Manage the AR function from start to finish
- Processing of a high volume of invoices, ensuring the correct coding, including allocation to cost centres and projects.
- Review of reconciliations of accounts receivable related balances.
- Review and report on aged receivable balances.
- Minimise the balance of outstanding accounts
- Collaborate with the broader business to identify and develop areas for improvement in the recovery of debts
- Driving process improvement and supporting automation projects around invoice processing and payment required to support the future growth of the business.
- Management of relationships with suppliers and clients
- Establish and maintain individual KPIs
- Month-end reporting

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in managing an Accounts Receivable function at a Senior or Supervisory level
- Confident, articulate, and professional communication style
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to set and work to priorities
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
