This is a brand new opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join a growing business based in Soho, London. This is a new head count in the business and it is a full time permanent opportunity with remote working and flexible working hours.

**Client Details**

My client are a manufacturing company who are looking to power the use of sustainable mobility with their charging stations for electric vehicles. The company have three devices which can be found popping up throughout cities up and down the country.

**Description**

**Accounts Receivable Manager, London**
- Setting Up AR/ Credit function including processes and policy
- Responsible for cash collection and cash flow
- Responsible for the oversight and performance of daily transactions:

- Processing debit/credit receipts and bank transfers
- Post revenue on the sales ledger
- Processing daily collections for direct debits, setting up new direct debits when required and investigating any failed receipts
- Post cash receipts and allocate cash against invoices
- Liaising with the internal Customer Team to resolve any queries raised on tenancy transfers, direct debits or terminations and renewals
- Oversight and performance of weekly/monthly tasks
- Ensuring the aged debt reports are prepared and distributed to the wider business
- Assisting with implemention of Microsoft Dynamics 365

**Profile**
- Recent experience working as a AR Manager, ideally in the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
- ICM Qualification would be beneficial
