Investigo are working with an growing property company who are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in leading and developing an Accounts Receivable team and are looking for theirnext challenge.

L**ocation**: Southwark/Stratford

**Salary**: £43,000 to £45,000 per annum

**Key responsibilities**
- Training, leading and motivating a team of 4 to 6 direct reports, responsible for the management of the Accounts Receivable ledger.
- Supervising the team to ensure any issues that arise are resolved promptly to strive to maintain high debt collection rates.
- Providing feedback to the data team regarding system projects and improvements that impact the Accounts Receivable function.
- Responsible for the oversight and performance of daily transactions:

- Processing debit/credit receipts and bank transfers.
- Post revenue on the sales ledger.
- Processing daily collections for direct debits, setting up new direct debits when required and investigating any failed receipts.
- Post cash receipts and allocate cash against invoices.
- Liaising with the internal Customer Team to resolve any queries raised on tenancy transfers, direct debits or terminations and renewals
- Oversight and performance of weekly/monthly tasks
- Ensuring the aged debt reports are prepared and distributed to the wider business.
- Processing monthly rent increased in line with CPI.
- Preparing monthly rent collection reports.

**Key skills/ attributes**
- Has experience managing a small team of direct reports.
- Has 3 years minimum Accounts Receivable experience.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the processing of direct debits.
- Has good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with individuals at all levels.
- Property/Real Estate experience is desirable.
