Quality Administrative Assistant/ Document Clerk

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Administrative Assistant to join us on a part-time basis. This role is based on 20 hours per week, which can be flexible on when they are worked, providing they are in office hours. The salary for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 (pro-rate for part time) depending on experience.
**About the role**
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the QHSER team in ensuring the highest quality documentation, authorised as compliant to the relevant regulations, is delivered to our customers without defect, on time.
**Key Accountabilities (to include but not limited to)**:
- Achieve consistent on time delivery of quality documentation to our customers
- Creation of front-end documentation for all products types
- Scanning of build logs and document packs, saving to the correct electronic location
- Ensure documents and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the Quality Management System and relevant standards
- Work with other departments to ensure products have full traceability and conformance documentation throughout, and to ensure any errors are corrected.
- Attend daily/weekly/monthly QHSER team meetings to report on any status concerns
- Provide a proactive contribution to Lean, Right First Time and Continuous Improvement development programmes
**About you**
We are looking for someone with experience within a similar, regulated manufacturing environment, with good IT systems and administration skills. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
