Senior Administrator

Following a successful tender, securing the contract for the 0-19 CYP Public Health Service, we are able to offer an exciting opportunity appointing to the new post of Senior Administrator. You will contribute to our transformation of the administrative framework, which includes the move to a Single Point of Access (SPA) alongside countywide support of the Locality teams delivering the 0-19CYP Public Health Service and the service Leadership Team.
To provide efficient administrative support to the 0-19 CYP Public Health Service for children, young people, and families, supporting the implementation of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP).To carry out this role effectively, the role holder should expect to work closely with all members of the 0-19 CYP Public Health Service to facilitate effective co-working. This is a demanding role requiring high levels of administrative and communication skills and the ability to work proactively as part of a team.
Provide timely, comprehensive, administrative support to the management team of 0-19 CYP Public Health Service.
Utilise a high level of IT skills to produce quality documentation to support the work of the team, producing data spreadsheets and audit reports in collaboration with the team, using the appropriate Microsoft software and adopting the Trust’s corporate standards and style.
To ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained. Maintaining accurate central records and inputting and managing data. Running, and analysing routine reports. Support the whole team, to use data effectively to inform clinical practice, and make recommendations for improvement
To support, train and induct administrative staff during periods of change e.g. with new working processes or systems changes and ensure all social media platforms are updated.
To line manage 0-19 CYP Public Health Service Administrators, take responsibility for the regular assessment of staff performance against objectives and be responsible for the performance development reviews of individuals.
Support with the recruitment process and assist in the induction and training of all new staff.
